Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 0-1 business days after payment verification.

Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once your walking pad is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
